- Two year Diploma in library science or Bachelor Degree /BLIS for LIS Posts
- B.E or B.tech degree in Computer science/Engineering for Computer Science apprentices
- Diploma in Photography for photography apprentice

Pay Scale:
The selected candidates will be eligible to receive a monthly stipend of Rs.4984 for Post No.1,& 2,Rs.3542 for Post no.3
